Registration instructions
IMPORTANT: You must submit payment in full to GUARANTEE orientation reservation.
Without a PAYMENT in FULL, your reservation is incomplete.
STEP 1: Before you register on-line for orientation, you will need to know your student ID number (870-XX-XXXX) and your Password. If you do not know your ID number follow this link VSU ID Lookup to learn it. Your Password is your 6 digit birth date expressed as (mmddyy). For example, February 5, 1987 would be expressed as (020587). Your birth date will only be your password the first time you log in. After you have used it once, you will be asked to change your Password. Your new Password must be 8 characters long and must include at least one letter and one number. Write your new 8 digit alpha-numeric Password down and save it for future use.
STEP 2: Click this link Registration to start the registration process and follow the instructions below.
- At the Registration homepage, select LOGIN
- Select Student and Financial Aid
- Select Orientation Registration and follow instructions provided.
- If you only need to make payment (you have already registered for an orientation session on-line but did not make a payment at the time or only made a partial payment), select Orientation Verification.
STEP 3: You will receive at least two letters addressed to the student's VSU EMAIL ACCOUNT at Blazenet account The first letter is an acknowledgment of your orientation registration. You will continue to receive acknowledgment letters until you have paid the orientation fee in full. Once you have paid the fee in full, you will receive a confirmation letter. This will be the final letter and you will want to print it and bring it with you the day of your orientation session.
