  • Mirror Mirror: Shattering the Image
    • Presentation on Body Image/ Eating Disorders. Many college students struggle to balance a healthy outlook on their body. During this presentation and open discussion you will learn what a healthy/negative body image is & the effects that it can have on developing an eating disorder.
  • Sexual Assault Prevention
    • Students will learn what sexual assault is, ways to help prevent this from happening, how to help a friend, and what to do if this happens to them.
  • Making Sex Last
    • A candid presentation on sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Open discussion is always welcomed.
  • Live Well With Stress
    • Provides students with the basic understanding of stress and its impact on the body.
  • Up in Smoke
    • Presentation on tobacco, the effects of tobacco, tips on how to quit. Tobacco Jeopardy is an interactive trivial game based off of the game show Jeopardy that is used during some of the tobacco presentations.
  • Healthy Relationships
    • Know the difference between healthy & unhealthy relationships.
  • RAD
    • Rape Aggression Defense course is a basic self defense course for women only. This is a 12 hour course.
