Exercise is essential to a healthy body and mind.  When you exercise, you not only look better, but you feel better too!  There are numerous reasons to exercise.  Exercising reduces chances of many cancers and has many other benefits as well.  Below are just fifteen of the countless reasons why exercise is so valuable:

Exercise promotes better blood flow and circulation.  It also helps develop a stronger body; bones and joints are less likely to be weak and easy to injure, and your immune system will continue to fight toxins that create infections.  Studies show that regular exercisers look better, feel less stressed, age more gracefully and live longer, healthier lives.
