Blazin' Health Student Council

Health Blazers Application

The Blazin’ Health Student Council is comprised of a select group of students, known as Healthy Blazers, who are chosen to represent the Office of Health Promotions. Healthy Blazers are responsible for the following:

  • Promoting the mission and vision of  the Office of Health Promotions and Valdosta State University
  • Participating in outreach activities for students
  • Assisting in special events as needed
  • Must be able to serve at least one academic year, beginning August 2012

First and second year students are encouraged to apply. Interviews for all applicants will be held on Wednesday April 11, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2 p.m.-6 p.m. in 30 minute increments. If your schedule does not allow you to interview on this date, you may request a special appointment. Please indicate your interview availability:
