Requesting Accommodations

Requests for accommodations should be submitted for each class, every semester.

Step 1: Fill out the Request for Faculty Letters-Deaf & Hard of Hearing Form. (A list of the most commonly requested accommodations can be found here.)

Step 2: Pick up your Faculty Letters from the Access Office.

Step 3: Meet with your professors to go over the Faculty Letters and ask your professors to sign them.

Step 4: Sign your Faculty Letters yourself and return them to the Access Office
