Stepfamily Advanced Clinical Training
There is a wonderful opportunity to participate in a Stepfamily Advanced Clinical Training presented by the Auburn University Marriage and Family Therapy Program and the National Stepfamily Resource Center. The event is co-sponsored by the Alabama Community Healthy Marriage Initiative and Morehouse College.
This clinical training is a two day practicum to be held on the campus of Morehouse College in Atlanta on the dates of December 5th and 6th, 08. The workshop will feature clinical training and theory along with research to present a comprehensive model of treatment with stepfamilies. The training is provided by two highly engaging, nationally recognized clinicians; Dr. Scott Browning and Dr.Patricia Papernow.
Cost for participation is only $175, $50 for full time students. By attending the entire training you will earn 13.5 hours of NBCC approved CEUs that count as "core" hours for both LMFTs and LPCs in Georgia and Alabama.
