Satellite Services / Video Production

Satellite Services is a part of the Division of Public Services which serves all areas of Valdosta State University. We provide video and audio production services for a wide variety of needs using broadcast quality digital television facilities. We also provide webcasting and satellite downlink services.

Our services include:

     Video Production
           Studio production
         Portable recording anywhere
         Editing
         Distribution via DVD, online, CD, and more

Video Assistance and Instruction
for faculty and staff developing their own video production skills

Telecourses and Teleconferences
via DVD or online streaming video

Webcasting
making events available for live viewing on the Internet

Satellite Downlinks
viewing and recording

Some video production services are also available from the Odum Library Media Center .
Some services may be available from the Department of Mass Media which also operates VSU-TV .
Routine online teleconferencing is provided by Distance Learning .
