Intramural Sports at Valdosta State University includes a long and successful tradition of participation in extramural events across the country. Participation in activities offered by Intramural Sports continues to provide various opportunities for participation in extramural tournaments. These tournaments allow participants from Valdosta State University to compete against other intramural teams and to represent VSU on the state, regional, and national levels at various extramural events.
