VSU Campus Recreation employs personal trainers who are nationally certified through
ACE, AFAA, NSCA, or ACSM. It is our goal to motivate, guide, and educate clients in order to help them achieve their fitness goals. Trainers will develop personalized programs specific to the needs of each client.
During sessions, trainers will show clients how to properly execute exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness. Programs will be centered around the seven components of fitness, to help enhance the client’s
performance in all areas. Sessions last approximately one hour.
