Implementing and Assessing the Quality Enhancement Plan
Phase Three will involve the actual implementation of VSU's QEP, which will occur upon completion of the reaffirmation process in 2010.
The QEP should be ready to start implementation immediately following the report of the On-Site Review Committee in April 2010. As the personnel and organization needed will depend entirely on which QEP plan is selected, specifics of the organization of Phase Three are not yet determined. It is assumed, however, that at least one faculty member will be selected to direct implementation of the QEP on a full-time basis. An advisory committee will likely need to be appointed to assist the director in overseeing implementation; in collecting and evaluating assessment data; and in making adjustments to the QEP as needed for effective and efficient operation.
