The Box Office is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm and on Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm. The Box Office is closed Mondays during the season. The Box Office is closed for the off-season from the final performance until approximately 2 weeks prior to the next season's opening performance. |

| Sales Policies | All sales on season memberships and patronages are final. |

| Reservation Policies | Advance Reservations are strongly encouraged. Reservations can be picked up outside Sawyer Theatre approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain. TICKETS RESERVED BUT NOT YET PAID FOR NOR PICKED UP WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF CURTAIN ARE SUBJECT TO RELEASE TO THE WAITING LIST. Tickets can be purchased without an advance reservation, subject to availability, 30 minutes prior to curtain. |

| Postponed/Cancelled Event | In the instance that an event is postponed due to force majeur or any other condition, Valdosta State University and Peach State Summer Theatre is not responsible for the refund of individual tickets or season memberships. The ticket stub from a post-poned performance will serve as an admission ticket to the rescheduled event. No refund will be provided if the ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled event. In the event that a performance is cancelled and not rescheduled, the admission ticket to the cancelled performance may be used as a general admission to another performance during that season. |

| Assumption of Risk | Audience members voluntarily assume all risks and danger of personal injury and all hazards arising from or related in any way to this event, where occuring prior to, during, or after the event. Audience members enter at their own risk and should pay attention at all times. |
Visitors to the campus should allow sufficient time to travel, park, and walk to the theatre. Due to construction in the Oak Street lot, available parking may be found in the Toombs Street lot, 1/2 block south of the Fine Arts Building, the University Center lot 1 block east of the Fine Arts Building or in the west portion of the Oak Street lot, the Azalea City Trail is open past the construction site. Lots are indicated in blue below.
