Who is eligible for UB?
- Valdosta High School students
- Three categories you may fall under to be eligible:
- Income based
- Academic need
- Potential 1st generation college bound
- 2.7 academic GPA
- Must attend at least 50% of the activities in each semester
- Must be interested in pursuing post secondary education
Enrollment Process
- Complete application packet.
- Submit completed application packet to the Upward Bound Academic Advisor.
- Eligibility screening process is conducted by Upward Bound Academic Advisor.
- Eligibility interview process with the Upward Bound team.
Note:
- If all of the above steps have been approved, then student will receive letter of acceptance.
- If not, student will receive a letter explaining the reason/s for denial.
