VALDOSTA -- The Valdosta Symphony Guild will present Tunes for Tots 'Carnival of the Instruments' from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, in Whitehead Auditorium, located in the Fine Arts Building.

“This event is a wonderful place to introduce your children to the world of the Valdosta Symphony Orchestra as well as the opportunity to learn more about musical instruments from the musicians themselves,” said Amy Neal, chairwoman of the Symphony Guild’s Tunes for Tots committee.

Children of all ages from pre-K and up are invited to attend, and admission is free. There will be musical demonstrations by Valdosta Symphony Orchestra musicians, performances by the South Georgia String Project and an instrument petting zoo. Free juice and cookies will be provided, and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
