BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
- 2000-2007 – Offensive Coordinator, Valdosta State University
- Worked primarily with the team’s running backs and wide receivers while assisting with the quarterbacks
- Handled offensive play calling the last seven seasons
- Directed an offense that led NCAA Division II in total offense and passing offense in 2000
- The VSU offense has finished no lower than 44th in total offense during his seven-year run as offensive coordinator, finishing fifth in 2001, 32nd in 2002, 44th in 2003, 33rd in 2004, 14th in 2005 and 20th in 2006
- The Valdosta State punt return team finished the 2006 season ranked second in the nation while the passing offense was sixth nationally
- Coached three Gulf South Conference Players of the Year – Dusty Bonner in 2000 and 2001, Aaron Jenkins in 2003
- Member of a coaching staff that won four Gulf South Conference titles (2000, 2001, 2002 and 2004) and one national championship (2004)
- 1992-1999 – Running Backs Coach / Offensive Coordinator, University of West Georgia
- Served as the team’s running backs coach for all eight seasons and as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach the last two seasons.
- Coached the 1998 Gulf South Conference Offensive Player of the Year – Jeremy Clements.
- Also served as West Georgia’s Special Team’s Coordinator
- Member of a coaching staff that won two Gulf South Conference titles (1997 and 1998)
