The 2010 VSU Drum Major auditions will be held in room 261 of the Fine Arts Bldg on Monday, April 11th. All interested members should see Mr. Bradshaw for the audition material. You must have marched with the Blazin' Brigade at least one year and register fro MUSC 3880 in the Fall of 2011to be eligible for this audition.

The 2011 Percussion placement clinic and Colorguard / Dance audition clinic dates are June 10 - 11. Daily schedule is posted on the 'schedules' link of our site. Students must register for MUSC 3880 in the Fall of 2011 to participate.

Attention Blazin' Brigade Alumni: We are making plans to have an alumni band as part fo the 2010 VSU homecoming football game on October 2nd. Please visit the new 'Alumni' portion of our site for additional details.

Congratulations to Megan DeWitt (feature twirler with Blazin' Brigade) for her recent accomplishments at Nationals. At USTA Nationals, Megan qualified for the USA Team to compete in the international cup competition in solo, 2 baton and 3 baton. She also finished top 10 in all events and won Grand National 2 baton. Megan also placed 9th this summer at the Miss College Majorette of America.
