Application to the MLIS Program

The MLIS Program accepts applications for admission in Fall and Spring semesters.

  • All applications are made through the VSU Graduate School.
  • Deadlines for Fall and Spring admissions are strictly observed.
    • Fall application deadline: March 15
    • Spring application deadline: October 15

    Fall 2011 Face-to-Face Orientation

    The fall 2011 face-to-face required  new students orientation will take place at Valdosta State University beginning Friday August 12 at 10:00 am and will continue through Saturday, August 13 at 5:00 pm. No other face-to-face meetings are scheduled.

    Mandatory meeting of Spring 2011 Laura Bush Scholarship Recipients

    The mandatory meeting of fall 2011 Laura Bush 21st Century scholarship recipients will from 9:00 am until 1:00pm on Sunday, August 14, 2011, at Valdosta State University.
