Media Center Technician Training
Welcome to the Media Technician Training Workshop. Here you will be introduced to a wide array of activities that you will need to learn in order to provide service to media center patrons. It is the goal of this workshop to enhance your skills in the area of traditional and new media content support. You will learn how to properly check in and out media equipment, provide traditional services such as binding, laminating, and duplication as well as color productions (posters, 11X17 prints, 13X19 prints, and banners.) You will also be introduced to new media technologies that incorporate digital imaging (scanning), non-linear audio/video editing and web editing. |
