New Digital Voice Recorders!
Do you need to record an interview for a class assignment or capture some audio for a multimedia project? The Media Center has recently added 6 new digital voice recorders to support these kinds of academic activities. Once you record your audio you can download it to your computer and incorporate it into a multimedia presentation or just email it to your professor.

We have nine volumes of Sho Fumimura’s Sanctuary available to check out. It’s the story of two friends who take different paths in life– one to become a Yakuza boss and the other a struggling politician.
The call number for Sanctuary is PN 6728 .F86 S36. That’s on the Library’s third floor, in the older part of the building– near classroom #3270 and study room #3629. If you need help finding any call number, just ask.

William Butler Yeats at the NLI
The National Library of Ireland has created this online exhibition on the life and works of Irish poet William Butler Yeats. The exhibit allows you to move through virtual rooms to examine artifacts, photographs, books and manuscripts from the NLI’s collection.

Panorama – Austrian Monastery Library
This is the baroque library at the Abbey of St. Florian in Austria, built in the mid-18th-century. This panoramic photo of the library from Papervision3D gives you a better view of its amazing ceiling fresco, painted by Bartolomeo Altomonte.
