These are local notes for cataloging free World Wide Web sites as requested by faculty.

1. In the bibliographic record, create this 856 tag:

2. Include the URL in a Mode of access note in the bibliographic record:

3. In the MFHD, Location in 852 subfield $b = URLMONWK

4. Create an 856 in the MFHD for the URL:

5. Do not create an item record.
