Cataloging: Labels

Labels made with the new TLP 2742 printer:

Place the spine label on each book as the label is printed.

Top edge of label goes 2 inches up from bottom edge.

Optionally, you can print the same label again to use inside the book (instead of hand-writing the call number on the back of the title page). However, do not cover information on the t.p. verso with labels. If a printed label will not fit on the t.p. verso or the facing page without covering up information, hand-write the call number.

Optionally, you can print a label to use on the work card, instead of hand-writing the call number. On Choice cards, you can place a printed label on the back.
