Cataloging: Holdings for Added Copies

Holdings for Copy One:

    1. ALT - R, H - Edit (or Create - ALT - R, E) - 1 MFHD for copy 1
    2. CTL - B - Save MFHD to DB
    3. ALT - R, T - Create 1 item record for copy 1.
    4. CTL - B - Save Item Record to DB

Holdings for Copy Two:

    1. ALT - R, E, ALT - N - Create 1 MFHD for copy 2
    2. At the end of the 852 field, enter a subfield $t and type in the copy information ("Copy 2")
    3. CTL - B - Save MFHD to DB
    4. ALT - R, T, RTN, ALT - N - Create 1 item record, attached to this MFHD, for copy 2
    5. In the Copy box at the bottom of the item record, enter the copy number ("2")
    6. CTL - B - Save Item Record to DB

Holdings for Copy Three:

    1. ALT - R, E, ALT - N - Create 1 MFHD for copy 3
    2. At the end of the 852 field, enter a subfield $t and type in the copy information ("Copy 3")
    3. CTL - B - Save MFHD to DB
    4. ALT - R, T, RTN, ALT - N - Create 1 item record, attached to this MFHD, for copy 3
    5. In the Copy box at the bottom of the item record, enter the copy number ("3")
    6. CTL - B - Save Item Record to DB

And so on . . .
