Cataloging: Duplicate Records in Voyager
If there are two order records in Voyager that match the item being cataloged, the Library may have inadvertently ordered the same item twice.
If you find more than one order record matching the item in hand, give the item to the Acquisitions Librarian (Jack Fisher).
