Cataloging: duplicate records in voyager cataloging client
If you find two bib records for the same title in the database, and
> if one of the bib records has no holdings attached, delete that bib record.
> if both have holdings, SUPPRESS one bib record and its attached MFHD. Add a subfield $x in the suppressed MFHD and type SUPPRESSED:
> if one of the records is a Kings Bay record, relink the Kings Bay holdings to our bib record and delete the Kings Bay bib record.
