August - Allocation formula distributed to deans
August-March 31 - Purchasing and receiving for regular departmental orders
October - Announcement for placing Contingency Fund requests
November 31 - Try to have half department materials requests submitted
January - Contingency funds request due to Library Affairs Committee
January 31 - All materials requests due
February - Purchasing for materials from contingency requests
February-March 31 - Purchasing and receiving for departmental orders
May 1 - Periodical additions or cancellations are due
