Course Withdrawal
Withdrawal Before Midterm (Course withdrawal):
- *Pick up a Course/College Withdrawal Form from the Registrar's office.
- Complete sections A & B.
- Obtain instructor's signature. The instructor will assign a "W" at the time of withdrawal.
- Return the completed form to the Registrar within 5 business days.
*If you are dropping a course to change sections or add a course, you must also use a Late Registration and Drop/Add Form and a Registration Appeal Form.
A withdrawal is not official until received and processed by the Office of the Registrar.
Withdrawal After Midterm:
- *Pick up a Course/College Withdrawal Form from the Registrar's office.
- Complete sections A, B & C.
- Obtain the instructor's signature. The instructor will assign a "W" or "WF" at the time of withdrawal.
- Obtain the Advisor's, Dean's, and VP of Academic Affairs signatures.
- Return the form to the Registrar.
*If you are dropping a course to change sections or add a course, you must also use Late Registration and Drop/Add Form.
A withdrawal is not official until received and processed by the Office of the Registrar.
Withdrawal From College (all courses):
- *Pick up a Course/College Withdrawal Form from the Registrar's office.
- Complete sections A & B.
- Have the Office of Student Affairs complete Section D.
- Obtain the Office of Student Affairs signature.
- Return the completed form to the Registrar.
*If you are dropping a course to change sections or add a course, you must also use Late Registration and Drop/Add Form.
