Dr. K. Nathan Moates
Assistant Professor of Management
Nathan Moates received his undergraduate, Masters and Ph.D. degrees from Auburn University. He currently teaches classes in Organizational Behavior, Performance Appraisal and Rewards, and Organizational Design and Analysis. His main research interests are supervisor/subordinate interactions and organizational analysis methodologies. His hobbies include reading, watching sports, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife, Brandy.
