SPECIAL NOTICE CONCERNING GUEST CARD BILLING

To avoid being overcharged for an additional page on odd numbered print jobs, you will need to change the default duplex setting on the printer driver to off (see instructions below). Otherwise, all print jobs will default to duplex, causing you to be billed for an additional page for odd numbered print jobs. Refunds will not be issued for these additional pages. The four Sun Workstations for guest use already have the duplex setting off by default.

Step 1:

Click the Print button on the program you are trying to print from.

Step 2:

Click the Properties or Preferences button.  You will have one or the other depending on the program you are trying to print from.

Step 3:

Change the Duplex setting to Off. Then, press the OK button.
