Card Reader Error Report Form
Purpose: This form allows you to report error messages that appear on the Blackboard card reader unit attached to a campus lab printer. This form is only for use by Valdosta State University students, staff, and faculty. For assistance with printer issues or error messages on the printer display, please contact the Information Technology Helpdesk at 229-245-4357 or by e-mail at helpdesk@valdosta.edu.
