This form is for requesting official department or organization web sites. The form allows us to determine who is ultimately in charge of the site (Owner) and who is doing the actual work (Technician). Personal pages are distributed via email account addresses. Definitions:

  • Owner - Coordinator of site use and in charge. May be a department head, organization president, etc.

  • Technician - Person responsible for performing actions which create web pages and place them on the web server. Must use own VSU email account.
