Access Information

Faculty:

Faculty may obtain access to the Banner Faculty Web Self Service system by obtaining the appropriate access information from the Office of the Registrar. To access the form go to the Registrar's web site and click on Forms, then click on Banner Access From.

 

This access allows faculty to display student information, display class list, enter grades, student advising information, and lift an advising flag when the student has been advised so they may access registration.

Deans/Dept. Heads/Dept. Secretaries:

Deans, department heads and department head secretaries, have access to Banner Forms (Internet Native Banner interface). Application for this access is available through the Office of the Registrar.

Please note the Registrar's main web page for information in regards to the different forms a student may need.

Students have access to the Banner Student Self Service system by accessing the Registration and Advising (Banner) page. After clicking on login the student will use the lstudent identification number (870.......) and password. The password is set originally to the student's birth date in the format of two digit month, day, year. The student will be requested to change the password when he or she first logs in from their birthday to an 8 character password with one digit. If the password is forgotten, the student will need to make contact with someone in the Registrar's Office to resolve this situation. If the student gets a message when trying to register that their account has been deactivated, wait 15 minutes, then try again, or contact the Registrar's office..
