News (01/21/2011): Office 2011 Home use Software Delay

SRS, our home use software provider, has not made Office 2011 for the Mac available for sale to Valdosta State University or other institutions. Thus, the product will not be available for sale at the end of January 2011, as previously expected. At this point, we have followed up with SRS, but have not been provided with an availability date for the package.

We will notify everyone on our callback list as soon as the product becomes available for purchase.

In order to be eligible for a purchase, you must be in one of the following roles:

  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • Graduate Assistant
  • or Casual Laborer

In order to get added to the callback list, please send an e-mail to helpdesk@valdosta.edu including:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your VSU e-mail address
  • Your contact phone number
  • A note specifying that you wish to be added to the callback list for Office 2011 for the Mac
