News (12/08/2010): IT Helpdesk Hours over Winter Break
The IT Helpdesk will be closed on weekends over winter break (12/12/2010 - 12/20/2010) due to a decrease in volume. Likewise, we will be closing at 6:00 PM Monday - Thursday and 5:00 PM on Friday. Listed below is a breakdown of the IT Helpdesk's operating hours over the break:

This will ensure that your request is entered into our work request system, and we will be able to pursue resolution once we return from the break. Please likewise retain the work request reference number in order to follow up on the status of your request.
