Printing a replacement Pickup Ticket

Step 1:

Go to the Home Use Software Purchase Portal.

 

Step 2:

Click the Click Here to Login button.

Step 3:

Click the link titled Click here if you are a first time user or having password problems if:

  • You have never used the Home Use Software Purchase Portal before.
  • You have changed your Blazenet password since the last time you logged into the Home Use Software Purchase Portal.

If neither of these conditions apply, skip to step 5.

Step 4:

Enter your current Blazenet username and password. Then, click the Submit button.

Register an Account

 

Step 5:

Enter your current Blazenet username and password. Then, click the Login button.

If you are attempting to cancel an order, skip to step 7.

Log In

 

Step 6:

Click the Print Pickup Ticket link. A pickup ticket will be generated. Print this ticket and bring it with you to the Helpdesk to pickup the software.

Step 7:

You will need Adobe Reader in order to view and print your Pickup Ticket. Make sure you click on the Print button within Adobe Reader. Otherwise, the ticket may not print properly.

NOTE: You can only print tickets while on-campus.
