Printing a replacement Pickup Ticket
Step 1:
Go to the Home Use Software Purchase Portal.
Step 2:
Click the Click Here to Login button.
Step 3:
Click the link titled Click here if you are a first time user or having password problems if:
- You have never used the Home Use Software Purchase Portal before.
- You have changed your BlazeVIEW password since the last time you logged into the Home Use Software Purchase Portal.
If neither of these conditions apply, skip to step 5.
Step 4:
Enter your current BlazeVIEW username and password. Then, click the Submit button. If you are having issues with your BlazeVIEW username and password, please reset your BlazeVIEW password by using the BlazeVIEW Self Service Password Reset Utility.
Step 5:
Enter your current BlazeVIEW username and password. Then, click the Login button.
Step 6:
Click the Print Pickup Ticket link. A pickup ticket will be generated. Print this ticket and bring it with you to the Helpdesk to pickup the software.
*Note: Please have a check or money order ready when picking up the software you ordered. No cash will be accepted.
Step 7:
You will need Adobe Reader in order to view and print your Pickup Ticket. Make sure you click on the Print button within Adobe Reader. Otherwise, the ticket may not print properly.
NOTE: You can only print tickets while on-campus.
