Why didn't I get a Mathematica CD?

The Mathematica software package is not distributed as a CD, but instead as a digital download. Once we have processed your order, you will be sent an e-mail at your VSU E-mail account from Wolfram, the publisher of Mathematica. This e-mail will contain a download link and the product key code that you will need to install it.

Thus, if you are only purchasing Mathematica, you will not need to drop by the Helpdesk to pick up the software. However, please call us to let us know that you have placed an order, as it will still need to be processed in order for you to receive the download e-mail.
