Valdosta State University, in cooperation with the Board of Regents is authorized to provide specific software packages for work at home purposes to eligible employees. The following terms and conditions apply to purchases:
Terms and Conditions - Ordering
- This offer is only available to active faculty, staff, administration, casual laborers, and graduate assistants.
- You must be employed for at least one (1) week prior to beginning eligibility.
- Each person is eligible for one (1) copy of each package for installation on one (1) computer.
- Upgrade Advisor - Use this tool if you are purchasing Windows 7 to determine if your computer can support it. Also, please note this is an upgrade only disc. If you do not have an operating system on your computer, it will not be activated/installed properly.
- Proxy Pickup - Use these steps if you plan on sending someone else to pickup the purchase on your behalf.

Terms and Conditions - Pickup
- Please call immediately prior to pick up the software to verify that a manager will be available to process it.
- Please bring your VSU ID Card.
- Please bring a check or money order. We cannot accept any other form of payment.
- Software is not eligible for refund, even in the case of an unopened package. Likewise, we can only provide an exchange for the same product, and only if the original product is defective.
- Please do not lose your CDs or DVDs, as we are unable to provide additional or replacement copies.
- We would strongly recommend to verify that you have uninstalled other copies of the software, such as trial versions from the computer before installing a copy purchased through us.
