Cancelling an Order Prior to Pickup
Step 1:
Go to the Home Use Software Purchase Portal.
Step 2:
Click the Click Here to Login button.
Step 3:
Click the link titled Click here if you are a first time user or having password problems if:
- You have never used the Home Use Software Purchase Portal before.
- You have changed your BlazeVIEW password since the last time you logged into the Home Use Software Purchase Portal.
If neither of these conditions apply, skip to step 7.
Step 4:
Click the I Know My BlazeVIEW Password button.
if you do not know your BlazeVIEW password, please use the I Do Not Know My Password button.
Step 5:
Enter your current BlazeVIEW username and password.
Then, click the Login button.
Step 6:
Click the Synchronize Simplified Sign-On Password to BlazeVIEW button.
Note: Please do not enter a new password, unless you wish to change it.
After doing so, please close out of the window.
Step 7:
Enter your BlazeVIEW login information.
Then, click the Login button
Step 8:
Click on the My Purchases tab. Then, click the Cancel Order link.
Step 9:
Click the Cancel My Order button.
Step 10:
The purchase should no longer be listed under the My Purchases tab. Repeat these steps if you need to cancel additional orders.
