Cancelling an Order Prior to Pickup

Step 1:

Go to the Home Use Software Purchase Portal.

 

Step 2:

Click the Click Here to Login button.

Click the Click here to log in button

 

Step 3:

Click the link titled Click here if you are a first time user or having password problems if:

  • You have never used the Home Use Software Purchase Portal before.
  • You have changed your BlazeVIEW password since the last time you logged into the Home Use Software Purchase Portal.

If neither of these conditions apply, skip to step 7.

First Time Users Link

 

Step 4:

Click the I Know My BlazeVIEW Password button.

if you do not know your BlazeVIEW password, please use the I Do Not Know My Password button.

Click I know my BlazeVIEW password

Step 5:

Enter your current BlazeVIEW username and password.

Then, click the Login button.

Enter login information, then click Login

Step 6:

Click the Synchronize Simplified Sign-On Password to BlazeVIEW button.

Note: Please do not enter a new password, unless you wish to change it.

After doing so, please close out of the window.

Click the Synchronize Single Sign-On Password to BlazeVIEW button

Step 7:

Enter your BlazeVIEW login information.

Then, click the Login button

Enter login info, then click login

 

Step 8:

Click on the My Purchases tab. Then, click the Cancel Order link.

Step 9:

Click the Cancel My Order button.

Step 10:

The purchase should no longer be listed under the My Purchases tab. Repeat these steps if you need to cancel additional orders.
