Microsoft Campus Agreement at VSU

Valdosta State University in cooperation with the Board of Regents, is a participant in the Home Use section of the Microsoft Campus Agreement.
This agreement allows for Staff and Faculty of Valdosta State University to obtain (1) one copy of Microsoft Office 2003 Professional and Microsoft Frontpage 2003 for use at home. This install is limited to VSU staff and faculty only and does not apply to students. For students interested in educational pricing when purchasing this software, please visit the Valdosta State University Tech Shop.
Please print out a copy of the Home Use Agreement below, and bring the completed form with you to the Helpdesk when you purchase your software. This will speed up the process.

Valdosta State University's Department of Information Technology is providing this software as a service to the Faculty and Staff. No support should be expected beyond the installation instructions noted above for any software installs on a machine that is not owned by Valdosta State University.

Valdosta State University does not have any plans to procure a home use software license for Microsoft Windows Vista until the end of 2008, at the very earliest. When this software becomes available, this page will be updated and an e-mail announcement will be sent to all faculty and staff by the Information Technology Communication and Training unit.

Valdosta State University has received its order for Office 2007 Home Use Software and will begin distribution for faculty, staff, and administration immediately. Please remember that due to the demand for the product, all sales are on a first come, first serve basis. To make the purchase, you wil need to bring the following items to the Helpdesk:
- Faculty, Staff, or Administration VSU ID card
- A completed Home Use Software 2007 Agreement Form
- A check or money order for $6 made to Valdosta State University
Please keep three facts in mind:
- Processing for sale of the software requires approximately 15 minutes, so please ensure that you have ample time.
- A Helpdesk Manager must be on duty to distribute the software. To ensure one is available, please call in advance.
- This purchase only licenses you to install this software on a single computer.
