Helpdesk Request Form

Purpose: This form is for requesting assistance from the VSU Information Technology Helpdesk, or for reporting a problem concerning any of the VSU IT systems to the IT Helpdesk.

Required Fields (marked in red): Your Name, VSU E-mail Address, VSU Phone Number, Request Details.

SPECIAL NOTE

If you need your password reset for access to a Valdosta State University account (e-mail, online classes, etc.) please use your VSU IT Helpdesk Password Reset Form instead.

Bear in mind that your Banner Web (Registration and Advising) password can only be reset by the Office of the Registrar at 229-333-5727 or registrar@valdosta.edu.
