Section 3: Browser Re-installation
Note: If you are already running correct version of Mozilla Firefox, please skip these steps and proceed to Section 4: Browser Configuration.
Step 1:
Click the Start button.

Then, click Control Panel.

Step 2:
Click the Uninstall a program link.
Note: If you do not see an Uninstall a program link, click the Programs tab in the left sidebar.
Step 3:
Click on each entry for incorrect versions of Mozilla Firefox. Then, click the Remove button.
Follow the steps provided by the uninstaller. After you have done so, restart your computer.

Step 4:
Click the Mozilla Firefox download link on the Helpdesk downloads page.
Step 5:
Click the Save button.

Step 6:
When you are prompted to choose a location to save the file, click Desktop. Then, click the Save button.

Step 7:
Double-click the Firefox Setup icon.

Step 8:
If you receive a security warning, click the Run button. Then, follow the steps provided by the installer.
After installation , you will now be running the correct version of Mozilla Firefox.
Step 9:
If you receive an additional security warning, click the Allow button.
Then, follow the steps provided by the installer.
After installation, you will now be running the correct version of Firefox.
