Running Microsoft Diagnostics
Step 1:
Click on the Office button then on Word Options.
Step 2:
When the Word Options window opens, click on Resources. Then click on Diagnose.
Step 3:
Click the Continue button.
Step 4:
At the Microsoft Diagnostics screen, click the Run Diagnostics button.
Step 5:
If repairs were made, click the Close button.
