Save AS PDF Plugin for Microsoft Office

Step 1:

Go to the Microsoft Save as PDF Plugin download site. Click the Continue button.

Step 2:

If you receive a security warning bar, right-click on the yellow security bar on the top of the page, then click Install ActiveX Control.

Step 3:

If you then receive a security warning, click the Install button.

Step 4:

You will then return to the download page. Click the Download button.

Step 5:

If you receive a security warning , click the Run button.

Step 6:

If you receive an additional security warning, click the Run button.

Step 7:

Check the checkbox in front of Click here to accept the Microsoft Software License Terms. Then, click the Continue button.

Step 8:

Then, click the OK button. The installation is complete. Now, you can launch a Microsoft Office program.

Step 9:

In your Microsoft Office program, click the Office button. Then, click the arrow button to the right of Save As. Finally, click the PDF or XPS button.

Step 10:

Choose the location where you wish to publish the file. In the File name blank, specify the name of the file. Then, click the Publish button.

Congratulations!

You have successfully saved your document as a PDF.
