Formatting Data

Step 1:

Select the cells you wish to format. Then, right-click on one of the cells you have selected. Click Format Cells on the pop-up menu

Select and  Format the Cells

 

Step 2:

In the Category: menu, select the format you wish to apply. Then, adjust all the parameters such as decimal places. Finally, click the OK button.

Select the Category and Click OK

 

Step 3:

The cells you have selected should now display in the proper format.

Properly Formatted Data Should be Displayed
