Adding Graphics
Step 1:
Click the Insert tab. If you wish to insert an image from a file on your computer, click the Picture button. Otherwise, if you wish to insert an image from the image library built into Microsoft Office, click the Clipart button.
Step 2:
If you clicked the Picture button, an insert picture dialog box will appear. Browse until you locate the picture. Then, click the Insert button.

Step 2:
If you clicked the Clip Art button, A clipart window will appear on the right side of the document. Enter the type of picture you are searching for in the Search for: blank and click the Go button. Any clip art found will be shown below. Double-click on the image to insert it.
