Moving a Folder

Step 1:

You must be successfully launched Office Outlook Web Access to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Launching Office Outlook Web Access guide.

 

Step 2:

Left-click on one of your folders, but do not release the left mouse button.

Left Click and Hold

 

Step 3:

While continuing to hold the left mouse button, move your cursor over the name of the location that you wish to move the folder to.

Then, release the left mouse button.

The folder you are moving should appear underneath the location you selected. It should appear indented, signifying that the folder is stored within this location.

Move to the Location and Release the Left Mouse Button

 

Congratulations! You have successfully moved a folder.
