Logging into Jive on Mac OS X

Step 1:

Before performing these steps, please ensure that Mac OS is up-to-date. To do so, please follow the steps in our Mac OS update guide.

 

Step 2:

Double-click the Jive.app icon.

Step 3:

If a security warning appears, click the Open button.

Click Open if a security warning appears

 

Step 4:

Jive will open. Enter your Blazenet username and password into the appropriate blanks. Then, click the Login button.

Step 5:

If you receive a warning that Jive needs to accept incoming network connections, click the Allow button.

Allow Jive to access the Internet

 

Step 6:

You are now logged into Jive. Your contact list should appear.
