Microsoft Outlook 2007
Outlook 2007 is the successor to Outlook 2003. Outlook 2007 is the PIM (Personal Information Manager) component of Microsoft Office 2007. Below are instructions on the configuration of Outlook 2007, as well as instructions on using some of the more advanced features.

Troubleshooting
- Displaying All Messages
- Symptoms: A number of received messages are no longer available in Outlook.
- Adding @valdosta.edu to the Safe Senders list
- Symptoms: E-mail send from Valdosta State University addresses are sent to the Junk Mail folder.
- Proper Encoding of E-mails and Attachments
- Symptoms: Recipients receive a winmail.dat attachment instead of the originally intended attachment.
- Unblocking Senders
- Symptoms: E-mails from a particular address never appear in Outlook
