Printing the Calendar in Microsoft Outlook

Step 1

Open Microsoft Outlook

Step 2

Click on the Calendars button in the Task Pane in the lower left corner of the Outlook srceen.

Select Print from the File menu.

In the Print dialog box that appears, select the desired Print Style:

  • Daily - prints a page showing all the appointments for a single day
  • Weekly - prints a page showing all the appointments for each week
  • Monthly - prints a monthly view of the appointments
  • Tri-fold
  • Calendar Details - prints a series of pages showing a summary of each appointment

In the Print dialog box, select the desired starting date to print by clicking on the drop-down menu labeled Start.

In the Print dialog box, select the desired ending date to print by clicking on the drop-down menu labeled End.

Click the OK button to print the calendar using the selected style and date range.
