Preserving Deleted E-mails

Step 1

You must be successfully logged into Blazenet to complete these steps. If you have not already done so, please follow the steps in our Logging Into Blazenet guide.

Note: If you do not know what your BlazeNet username is, please read the Finding Your BlazeNet Username and Password guide.

Step 2

Click on the E-mail button on the top right.

Click E-mail

Step 3

Click on the Options tab on the top left.

Click Options

Step 4

Click on the Display Settings link.

Click Display Settings

Step 5

Place a check in the radio button in front of Send to 'Deleted' folder. Then, click the OK button.

Note: Be careful with this option as Valdosta State University e-mail accounts can store a maximum of 250 megabytes of data. Enabling this option will require you to occasionally access your Deleted folder and delete unnecessary messages in order to avoid filling up the account.
