Finding Your BlazeNet and BlazeMail Password

Step 1

Access the Valdosta State University homepage.

Click on the Registration and Advising (Banner) link.

Step 2

Click on the Login link.

Step 3

Enter your User ID and your PIN number.

Note: If you do not know your PIN number, you will need to contact the Registrar's Office at 229-333-5727 to have it reset.

Click on the Login button.

Step 4

Click on the Personal Information link.

Step 5

Click on the View E-mail Addresses link.

Step 6

Your account information will be listed on the page shown below. Your login name (aka username) will be all the letters before @valdosta.edu under the section VSU E-mail Address. As noted, your initial password will be your PIN number for the Registration and Advising system.
