Forgotten Banner Username or Password
Keep in mind that the Office of the Registrar handles assistance with the username and passwords used to access the Banner website. Meanwhile the Information Technology Helpdesk handles assistance with the username and passwords used to access the Banner Forms desktop application. To ensure expedient resolution, please use the appropriate form listed below:
- Banner Website Username and Password Assistance
- A website available to students, faculty, and staff
- Handled by the Office of the Registrar (229-333-5727, registrar@valdosta.edu)
- Note: Please specify in the Comments field that you need assistance with your Banner Web username and password.
- Banner Forms Desktop Application Username and Password Assistance
- An application found on the desktops of VSU-owned computers
- Available only to specific faculty and administrators
- The IT Helpdesk (229-245-4357, helpdesk@valdosta.edu) can place a work order for an IT system administrator to reset your password.
- Note: Please specify in the Additional Information field that you need assistance with your Banner Forms username and password.
